For people who eat their own boogers, my kids sure are picky eaters. I have three of them, ages 8, 6, and 1. Whenever they are faced with something they don’t like, they always have something to say about it. Sometimes they get flat out emotional. Or just rude.

Here are a few examples.

  1. If you loved me, you’d give me a Pop-Tart.

  1. Yellow tastes gross.

  1. Next time you make homemade mac’n cheese make sure it tastes like REAL mac ’n’ cheese!

  1. Beans look like poo.

  1. This looks weird. Did Dad make it?

  1. There’s a black spot in it. I’m getting a bowl of cereal.

  1. Have you tried making good food?

  1. Why can’t you make it taste more like McDonald’s?

  1. I don’t care what you say! I’m never eating a hamburger! Never! Never! Never!

  1. Green things make me gag. Then I cry. You make me cry.

What are some of the things your kids say when faced with food they don’t like?
